A silver gilt six point star, each arm a cluster of nine smooth rays, the obverse medallion presents a superimposed blue enamelled six point star with a small crescent moon and star in each light blue section of the arm, the medallion presents a yellow enamel sun with numerous rays on a brown background with a green foreground, surrounded by a dark blue enamelled ring,
