AMS Open-Face Augers Configuration:2-1/2", 5/8" Thread Modbus RTU (RS485) and SDI-12AMS Open Face Augers penetrate quickly through combination soils from mud and clay to hard pan thanks to an aggressive, advanced cutting head that pulls the auger into the ground with little effort. The open face design makes it easy to read a quick visual soil profile and to extract collected material. Offered in a 2 1 2" diameter across 5 8" threaded, Quick Connect, Signature Series, and Hex Quick Pin connections, plus a welded one piece version and
