Constructed of silvered tombak with multi coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of an eight pointed radiant starburst, overlaid by a central white enameled medallion bearing a raised and gilded Bengal tigers head in profile, situated within a circular white enameled ring bearing a gilt inscription of AZAD HIND with laurel leaves, the reverse with an eyelet,
