Earthy red purple colour with a wonderfully tight and fragrant nose, showing complex aromas of dark berry, game, savoury mushroom, cedar and dried herb. The palate shows a delicate elegance of black cherries and sweet berry flavours. The tannins are subtle and the wine ends seamlessly, poised and super enjoyable. Serve with lamb, venison or duck.
