Single Malt Batch #9 Corn Whisky Cask 47% 500ml Size::6 Bottle Case The vines are between 30-50Handcrafted from three varieties of Australian malted barley and matured in an Aussie corn whisky cask for over three years. We then finished this batch in an ex Shiraz cask for an additional few months. Malt profile: Three varieties of Australian malted barley: Atlas, Veloria, Voodoo Cask profile: American Oak, Aussie corn whisky. Finished in an ex Shiraz cask. Tasting notes: Tasting notes: Buttery scones with raspberry jam and vanilla cream. A
